SMS Status Guide
Every message carries a status that tells you where it is on its journey to the recipient. Statuses fall into three groups: reached, in progress, and didn't reach.
Reached the destination
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Delivered | Delivered to the destination. The recipient's handset received it. |
| Accepted | Accepted by the carrier and en-route to the destination. |
These two count toward Total messages projected to succeed on the Overview.
In progress
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sent | Handed off and waiting to be sent, not yet confirmed by the carrier. |
Didn't reach the destination
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Failed | Failed to deliver to the destination. |
| Undelivered | The destination couldn't be reached. |
| Expired | After multiple attempts, the telco stopped trying. |
| Rejected | Rejected by the carrier. |
Filter the History by any of these statuses to find exactly which messages landed where.
