Active Contacts
The Active list holds every contact you can message. Add contacts, organize them into groups, and archive the ones you no longer use.
The active list
Open Contacts → Active. Each row is one contact, with these columns:

| Name | The contact's name. |
| Phone | Number in international format. |
| Custom fields | Your featured fields, shown as columns. |
- Search by name or number with Search contacts.
- Move between pages with Previous / Next.
- Tick a row to select it for a bulk action.
Only Name and Phone are standard. Every other column is a custom field. Add and manage these under Contacts → Fields, and they appear here as columns.
Add a contact
Add one contact with the form, or many at once from a file.
Via the form
Click Add a contact, fill in the fields, then Save Contact.

Import from a file
Click Import for the three-step wizard:
Upload
Drop a CSV file, or choose a file.
Set contact fields
Map the CSV columns to your contact fields.
Set groups
Optionally drop the imported contacts into a group, then finish.
Every contact needs a name and a phone number. Grab the
template.csv from the upload step to get the columns right.
Move contacts to a group
Select contacts
Tick the contacts; a N Contacts selected bar appears.
Move to group
Click Move to Group.
Pick a group
Choose Select a group or create a new one, then click Proceed.
Archive contacts
Select contacts
Tick the contacts you want to archive.
Archive
Click Archive, then Continue to archived.
Archived contacts leave the Active list and can't be messaged until you restore them from the Archived view.
