Conversation Overview
The Conversation Overview tracks how your conversational flows perform: reach, dialogues, and per-flow activity, charted over time.
Choose a time range
- Pick Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year.
- Use the dropdown on the right to select the period.
Metrics cards
Three cards summarize the period. Hover the ⓘ on any card for its definition.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Total flows, broken down into Live, Draft, Stopped, and Closed |
| Audience | People reached across your conversations |
| Dialogues | Total exchanges handled |
Conversation performance
Each conversation is a line on the chart, with its count beside the name.
- Toggle Show All, or tick individual conversations, to add or remove their lines.
- Hover the graph to see each conversation's value for that period.
