Organization

Your organization groups members under a shared balance and services. Manage members and details under Settings → Organization.

Members

The Members table lists everyone in your organization, with their email, status, role, and the date they were added.

ColumnDescription
EmailThe member's email address.
Statuspending until the invite is accepted, then accepted.
RoleTheir permission level, e.g. Admin.
Created dateWhen the member was added.

Invite members

Open the invite form

Click Add members.

Enter emails

Add one or more addresses. Use Add another email to invite several at once.

Send invites

Click Invite Member. Each invitee shows as pending until they accept.

Organization information

  • Set your Organization Name under Organization Information.
  • Click Save changes to apply.

By default, Pindo uses your username as the organization name.

Switch organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, switch the active one from your profile menu:

Open your profile

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

Pick an organization

Under Switch Organization, choose one; the active one is checked.

Switching changes the organization everything applies to: balance, contacts, sender IDs, and history all follow the active organization.
