SMS Overview
The SMS Overview is your messaging dashboard: volume, projected successes, and a full delivery-status breakdown, charted over time.
Choose a time range
Switch the whole view between intervals, then narrow to a specific period:
- Pick Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year.
- Use the dropdown on the right to select the year.
Metrics cards
Three cards summarize the selected period. Hover the ⓘ on any card for its definition.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Messages | Total messages sent in the period. |
| Projected successes | Messages delivered or accepted by the carrier. |
| Messages didn't reach | Messages that failed, expired, were undelivered, or rejected. |
SMS delivery status
The two metric totals break down into individual statuses, each with its own count:

Reading the graph
- Toggle Show All, or tick individual statuses, to add or remove their lines from the chart.
- Hover any point on the graph to see that period's per-status counts.
Showing only the statuses you care about makes trends easier to spot. For example, hide
Rejected to compare deliveries across months at a readable scale.
