The Pindo dashboard at app.pindo.io lets you run messaging without writing code. It has two parts: SMS for one-way campaigns and transactional sends, and Conversation for automated two-way flows over voice.

The SMS flow
SMS turns a message and an audience into delivered texts. You compose, pick who receives it and which sender ID it comes from, send, then watch results roll in, all without code.
Write & target
Draft your message, personalize it with @contact.name, and choose a contact, a group, or an imported file as the audience.
Pick a sender & send
Select an approved sender ID, review the recipient report, and send to one number or thousands at once.
Measure delivery
Follow delivered, accepted, and failed counts on the Overview, and filter the full History by status.
The Conversation flow
Conversations turn a script into an automated, branching dialogue. You build it visually as connected nodes, publish a version to a channel, and Pindo runs it with every contact, understanding their replies and intent along the way.
Build on a canvas
Lay out the whole conversation as nodes: a trigger, questions that branch on intent, actions, and final statements. No code required.
Ship a version
Publish a draft to the Voice channel; the new version goes live with no downtime while the previous one keeps running.
Track every call
Watch reach, dialogues, and call outcomes per flow, replay any completed call, and export the runs.
