Configurations
Tune how SMS behaves, manage your sender IDs, and lease inbound numbers under SMS → Configurations.
SMS configuration
| Setting | What it does |

| DLR SMS Webhook URL | Where Pindo posts delivery reports for custom handling. |
| Maximum SMS Retries | How many times to retry a failed message. |
| Retry Interval | Minutes to wait between retries. |
| Enable Weekly Usage Notification | Toggle a weekly usage summary email. |
Click Save changes to apply.
Sender IDs
The Sender IDs table lists each ID with its created date and marks your Default. Search with Search sender IDs.
Add a sender ID
Open the request form
Click Add sender ID to open New sender ID request.
Fill in the details
Complete the fields below.
Accept & submit
Tick I agree to abide by the sender ID usage policies, then click Send Request. The ID is reviewed before it goes live.

| Outbound SMS Webhook URL | Optional URL Pindo calls for outbound events, with a Method (GET/POST). |
| Webhook headers | Optional Key/Value pairs. Use Add Header for more. |
Edit a sender ID
Select it
Tick a sender ID in the table, then click Edit Sender ID.
Update & submit
Change the details in Update sender ID, then click Send Request.
Set the default
Mark a sender ID as Default from its row. It's used automatically on the Send screen when you don't pick one.
Inbound numbers
Lease a number to receive inbound SMS. Click Lease a number to open Create SMS Number:
Enter your card
Add your card details (or use Autofill).
Confirm the fee
Inbound numbers are billed $10.00 per month.
Activate
Click Activate SMS Number. It appears under Inbound Numbers.
