Send
Compose a message, pick who gets it, and choose the sender ID it's sent from, all from SMS → Send.
Select your audience
Add recipients in any of three ways:
| Method | How |
|---|---|
| Phone number | Type a number directly into the audience box. |
| Contacts / Groups | Search and pick from the Contacts or Groups tabs. |
| Import from file | Drag a CSV in, or choose a file. Grab template.csv for the format. |
Added recipients & report
When you import a file, Pindo validates the rows and shows a breakdown bar:
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Valid | Recipients that will receive the message. |
| Duplicates | Numbers that appear more than once. |
| Invalid | Numbers in the wrong format. |
| Unsupported | Numbers from an unsupported country or telco. |
Click Report → Download CSV to export the filtered contacts. The report lists every filtered recipient with the reason it was filtered out.
Choose a sender ID
Open "Send as"
Click the Send as dropdown at the top right.
Pick a source
Switch between Sender IDs and phone number, then search and select one.
You must select a sender ID before you can send. Until then, the form shows "Please select a sender ID to start sending messages."
Compose & send
Write your message in Compose your message. Personalize it with merge fields like @contact.name, then click Send message.
Prefer to automate? The same send runs over the API: see Send an SMS and Bulk SMS.
