New Conversation
Create a conversation under Conversations → New in one of three ways, give it a name, then click Create Conversation.
Three ways to start

Blank conversation
Pick Blank
Select Blank Conversation. You'll Start from scratch on an empty canvas.
Name & create
Enter a Conversation Name, then click Create Conversation.
From a template
Pick a template
Select a template; its flow previews on the right.
Name & use it
Adjust the Conversation Name, then click Use Template to open the editor with the flow ready.
Using a prompt
Pick Using Prompt
Select Using Prompt.
Describe it
Write what the conversation should do (be specific) and choose a Language.
Build
Click Build to generate the flow. Try the example chips (Subscription renewal, Appointment reminder, Payment reminder, …) to get started.
