Balance & Billing
Pindo runs on a single prepaid credit balance. SMS, conversations, and inbound numbers all draw from it, across the API, the CLI, and the dashboard alike.
Per-action billing
Cost is metered per unit, so you only pay for what you use:

| SMS | Per message segment sent. |
| Conversations | Per call minute. |
| Inbound numbers | Per leased number, monthly. |
Tracking your balance
Your balance is always visible in the dashboard sidebar and every successful API response includes your remaining_balance, so you can monitor spend in real time.

- Credit & Billing: add credit, minimums, and your crediting history.
- SMS Billing: SMS spend, message items, and invoices.
- Conversation Billing: call minutes, per-flow cost, and invoices.
